Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) applauded the inclusion of $2 million in funding for Fifth District water infrastructure projects for the city of Bowie in the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies funding legislation for Fiscal Year 2022.
