WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Sanford D. Bishop Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release:
Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02) voted to pass the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Financial Services and General Government (FSGG) funding bill after its markup in subcommittee. It includes $29.1 billion in discretionary funding, an increase of $4.8 billion over 2021. The bill now moves to the full Appropriations Committee for consideration.
