Brig. Gen. Garrick M. Harmon, commander of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, visited the USASAC Headquarters in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania for the first time June 16.
During the daylong visit, he met with senior leaders and employees to gain a better understanding of the unique FMS processes carried out at the Pennsylvania . . .
