RALEIGH, North Carolina, June 23 -- North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein issued the following news release:

Attorney General Josh Stein and Acting United States Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina Sandra Hairston today announced a $330,000 settlement to resolve allegations that Dr. George Osei-Bonsu, M.D., Palladium Primary Care, P.A., and Premiere Health Care Plus, P.A., of Greensboro and High Point, submitted false claims to Medicaid and Medicare.
