HONOLULU, Hawaii, June 19 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release:
Gov. David Ige announced today that starting June 21, 2021 travelers from French Polynesia may bypass the State of Hawaii's mandatory 10-day quarantine if they take a COVID-19 test from a trusted testing partner in French Polynesia. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours prior to departure and the test result must be negative.
