WASHINGTON, June 18 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following news release on June 17, 2021:
Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) issued the following statement after voting to pass H.R. 256, the Repeal of Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002:
"It is long past time to repeal the 20-year-old Authorization for the Use of Military Force in Iraq, which passed when I was a student in college and was used in a way that far . . .
