RALEIGH, North Carolina, June 18 -- The North Carolina Republican Party issued the following news on June 17, 2021:
Yesterday, every single Democrat in the North Carolina Senate voted against expanding voter access.
Republicans created Senate Bill 724 as a solution to address Democrat concerns that voter ID is inaccessible to certain groups of voters. The bill had three provisions:
