Congressman A. Donald McEachin (VA-04) and Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) introduced the Environmental Justice Legacy Pollution Cleanup Act, a bill aimed at eliminating pollution that has disproportionately harmed communities of color, Indigenous communities, and low-income communities for generations.
