DANBURY, Connecticut, June 10 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on June 8, 2021:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recently reached an agreement with Emhart Teknologies LLC, a manufacturer of precision screw-thread wire and screw-lock inserts based in Danbury, Conn., to settle alleged violations of the Clean Water Act.
Under the settlement, Emhart Teknologies agreed to pay a penalty of $29,658 for allegedly discharging . . .
