University of Tennessee Extension Receives Grants for COVID-19 and Other Vaccine Education

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, June 10 (TNSGra) -- The University of Tennessee's Institute of Agriculture issued the following news release:

According to the Tennessee Department of Health, 35.3% of Tennesseans have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. However, of Tennessee's 95 counties, 18 have vaccination rates of 20% or below. Two grants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture with funds awarded to University of Tennessee Extension hope to change that.
