LANSING, Michigan, June 5 -- The Michigan Economic Development Corp. issued the following news release on June 4, 2021:

Governor Gretchen Whitmer joined the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to announce that five communities around Michigan have been awarded a total of $100,000 in grants to support downtown enhancement and improvement projects, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation announced today.
