Nine University of Richmond Students Awarded Competitive Gilman Scholarships to Study Abroad Around the Globe

RICHMOND, Virginia, June 4 (TNSAwa) -- The University of Richmond issued the following news release:
Nine University of Richmond students, the most at one time in UR's history, have received Gilman scholarships to support their study abroad experiences during the 2021-22 academic year.
Students receiving Gilman awards include:
* Sherley Arias-Pimentel, a sophomore global studies major from Newark, New Jersey, who will study abroad in Rwanda, Uganda.
