U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) today made two stops in the Charleston area to participate in the openings of the Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare's (ABHC) treatment facility that will house women in recovery, and the new Health Right clinic on the West Side that will provide free care to underserved populations.
