YPSILANTI, Michigan, May 28 (TNSPar) -- Eastern Michigan University issued the following news:
Eastern Michigan University and Beibu Gulf University in China have finalized an agreement to establish the Eastern Michigan University Joint College of Engineering, Beibu Gulf University.
