ST. PAUL, Minnesota, May 25 -- Gov. Tim Walz, D-Minnesota, issued the following proclamation:
WHEREAS: George Floyd was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on October 14, 1973, later moved to Texas, and as an adult made Minnesota his home; and
