MYRTLE BEACH, South Carolina, May 24 -- Rep. Tom Rice, R-South Carolina, issued the following news release on May 23, 2021:

Congressman Tom Rice (R-S.C) today welcomed Southwest Airlines as they begin providing air service to Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). The event celebrated the inaugural flight into MYR, en route from Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
