CONCORD, New Hampshire, May 15 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Laurence Kahn, age 58, of Londonderry, New Hampshire and Toivola, Michigan, pled guilty to Voting in More than One State Prohibited - a Class B Felony - in Rockingham County Superior Court on Thursday, May 13, 2021.

Mr. Kahn knowingly checked in at the checklist in Londonderry and cast a New Hampshire ballot, . . .
