CHARLESTON, West Virginia, May 15 -- The West Virginia Democratic Party issued the following news release:
This week, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and state parties including the Democratic Party of West Virginia announced a historic four-year agreement that will guarantee more investment into Democratic state parties and grassroots infrastructure than ever before.
