Following Missouri and other states' move to opt-out of expanded unemployment benefits, Reps. Ron Estes, Tracey Mann and Jake LaTurner are urging Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly to encourage Kansans to return to work by ending our state's participation in the federal unemployment program.
