CONCORD, New Hampshire, May 12 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, John J. Farley, issued the following news release on May 11, 2021:

Diana Daffin, 68, of Charlotte, North Carolina was arrested today and charged with violating the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act by selling unapproved COVID-19 remedies over the internet, Acting United States Attorney John J. Farley announced today.
