HARTFORD, Connecticut, May 12 -- Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued the following news release on May 11, 2021:
Attorney General William Tong joined 19 state attorneys general today filing comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) supporting the agency's proposal to strengthen monitoring of public water systems for additional PFAS chemicals.
The proposal would include 29 per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, more commonly known as PFAS . . .
