The report was co-authored by Kyle B. Larson, James W. Saulsbury, Brian J. Bellgraph, and Jerry D. Tagestad from Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, and Makena A.Y.L. Wong, Kelford C. Mitchel and Dan W. Reicher from Stanford Woods Institute for the Environment.
