JUNEAU, Alaska, April 29 -- Alaska Attorney General Treg R. Taylor issued the following news release:
Attorney General Treg Taylor joined with 21 states in filing a comment letter opposing the use of "Social Cost of Carbon" analysis by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in certification decisions related to interstate natural gas pipeline construction.
