WASHINGTON, April 28 -- Sen. John Kennedy, R-Louisiana, issued the following news release on April 27, 2021:
Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) today joined Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) and more than 20 Republican senators in introducing the Abortion Providers Loan Elimination Act, which would explicitly prohibit abortion providers, like Planned Parenthood, from receiving Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans.
