LINCOLN, Nebraska, April 24 -- Gov. Pete Ricketts, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release:

Governor Pete Ricketts appointed Tressa M. Alioth of Bennington as District Court Judge in the Fourth Judicial District (Douglas County).
