HARTFORD, Connecticut, April 21 -- Gov. Ned Lamont, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Governor Ned Lamont and the governors of 11 other states today issued a letter asking President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. to put the United States on a path to ensure all vehicles sold in the country are zero-emission.
