WASHINGTON, April 22 -- Rep. Chris Pappas, D-New Hampshire, issued the following news release:
Legislation introduced by Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) to extend the Drug Enforcement Agency's (DEA) temporary order to keep fentanyl-related substances in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act passed the House unanimously, sending the legislation to the Senate.
