HONOLULU, Hawaii, April 21 -- Gov. David Ige, D-Hawaii, issued the following news release:
Gov. David Ige announced the state released more than $278 million for Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) in the month of March, to fund critical public infrastructure projects across the State of Hawaii.
