JUNEAU, Alaska, April 16 -- Gov. Mike Dunleavy, R-Alaska, issued the following news release:
The State of Alaska asked the U.S. District Court in Anchorage for permission to participate in a lawsuit to defend the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) approval of the Willow Project.
