Texas Gov. Abbott Appoints Four to University of Texas System Board of Regents

AUSTIN, Texas, April 14 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release on April 13, 2021:

Governor Abbott today announced that he is reappointing Kevin Eltife and Nolan Perez, M.D., and appointing Stuart W. Stedman to the University of Texas System Board of Regents for terms set to expire on February 1, 2027. Additionally, the Governor will reappoint R. Steven "Steve" Hicks for a term set to expire February 1, 2023.
