MONTGOMERY, Alabama, April 10 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama, Sandra J. Stewart, issued the following news release on April 9, 2021:

Acting United States Attorneys Sandra J. Stewart and Jennifer Arbittier Williams jointly announced that Southeast Alabama Community Action Partnership, Inc. ("SEACAP") has agreed to pay $30,000 and to implement enhanced compliance measures to resolve claims arising from SEACAP's administration of community serv . . .
