LANSING, Michigan, April 7 -- The Michigan Republican Party issued the following news:
A new poll from Strategic National revealed widespread support across Michigan for showing photo identification prior to voting among Americans of all races and political affiliation.
On the specific question of showing photo identification prior to voting, 72% of respondents said they were in favor, compared to just 21.9% who were opposed. This includes 58% of African American voters . . .
