WASHINGTON, April 1 -- Rep. Sharice Davids, D-Kansas, issued the following news release:

United States Representatives Sharice Davids (D-KS) and Emanuel Cleaver, II (D-MO) announced over $90.9 million in American Rescue Plan funding will go toward supporting transit projects in the Greater Kansas City Area. The funding includes a $24.7 million Capital Investment Grant for the Kansas City Streetcar Main Street Extension Project, which ensures the project is now fully funded.
