AUSTIN, Texas, March 31 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott and the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) today announced the creation of a COVID-19 Rapid Testing Program for Texas youth summer camps.
