Dr. Robert Sloan, President of Houston Baptist University, and Dr. Stan Napper, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, are pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Philip Tallon as Dean of the HBU School of Christian Thought, and Associate Professor of Theology.
