The entire NC Republican delegation, including Senator Burr and Tillis, and Representatives Bishop, Budd, Cawthorn, Foxx, Hudson, McHenry, Murphy, and Rouzer unanimously voted against the historic American Rescue Plan and against delivering urgently needed COVID-19 relief to North Carolinians, despite its broad support among Americans.
