ALBANY, New York, March 11 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following joint news release on March 10, 2021:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Governor Phil Murphy today announced that New York City and New Jersey will expand indoor dining capacity to 50 percent beginning March 19.
