Howard University Names Law Library in Honor of Civil Rights Activist Vernon Jordan

WASHINGTON, March 9 (TNSPer) -- Howard University issued the following news release on March 8, 2021:

The Howard University Board of Trustees announces its unanimous decision, upon the recommendation of President Wayne A. I. Frederick, to name the Law School Library as the Vernon E. Jordan, Jr., Esq. Law Library in honor of the proud and devoted Howard alumnus, and Civil Rights icon.
