ATLANTA, Georgia, March 4 -- The Democratic Party of Georgia issued the following news release:
Yesterday, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 1, a sweeping voting rights bill that would make it easier to vote and prevent the same kinds of obstacles to voting that Republicans are currently pushing through the Georgia state legislature.
