AUSTIN, Texas, March 4 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has named Arthur D'Andrea as chair of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) for a term at the pleasure of the Governor.
