U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH) questioned President Joe Biden's nominees for Surgeon General, Dr. Vivek Murthy, and Assistant Secretary of Health at the Department of Health and Human Services, Dr. Rachel Levine, on the substance misuse crisis and pandemic fatigue during a hearing yesterday of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
