CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Feb. 19 -- Gov. Mark Gordon, R-Wyoming, issued the following news release on Feb. 18, 2021:
In a letter to Department of the Interior Acting Secretary Scott de la Vega, Governor Mark Gordon outlined concerns over de la Vega's Secretarial Order 3395, which is causing delays in routine approvals for oil and gas companies holding valid drilling permits. Governor Gordon stated the secretarial order's 60-day pause on new oil and gas authorizations comes " . . .
