WASHINGTON, Feb. 17 -- ProEnglish, an advocate of English language, issued the following news:
Puerto Rico Gov. Pedro Pierluisi expects the U.S. House of Representatives to introduce statehood legislation by mid-March. Gov. Pierluisi said that he already has spoken to members of Congress about their legislative plans.
"I believe you'll see bills being introduced in the House at the latest by mid-March of this year, so within a month," Gov. Pierluisi state . . .
