BOSTON, Massachusetts, Feb. 13 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
U.S. EPA has issued five draft NPDES permits under the Clean Water Act for bulk petroleum storage facilities located along Chelsea River (also known as Chelsea Creek) for a 60-day public comment period. The draft permits, when finalized, will limit runoff and wastewater that can legally be discharged to Chelsea River, as well as specifying operational measures designed to control . . .
