BOSTON, Massachusetts, Feb. 13 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
U.S. EPA has issued five draft NPDES permits under the Clean Water Act for bulk petroleum storage facilities located along Chelsea River (also known as Chelsea Creek) for a 60-day public comment period.
