University of Cincinnati Has Local Connection to Mars Rover Mission

CINCINNATI, Ohio, Feb. 13 (TNSJou) -- The University of Cincinnati issued the following news:

The world's most advanced rover will begin looking for evidence of ancient life on Mars next week with the help of a University of Cincinnati astrobiologist.

The six-wheeled rover called Pefrseverance is expected to touch down on the red planet on Feb. 18 after its seven-month voyage. Its mission: to look for signs of ancient life and collect samples for future study on Ea . . .
