WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- The Chesapeake Bay Foundation issued the following joint news release on Feb. 11, 2021:
Fourteen health and environmental groups, half of them represented by Earthjustice, challenged ozone standards in a lawsuit in a federal appeals court.
