NATCHEZ, Mississippi, Feb. 11 -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, a district bank in the Federal Home Loan Bank System, issued the following news release:
Concordia Bank & Trust Company and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) have awarded a $97,700 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) subsidy to the city of Natchez to provide upgrades to one of the oldest settlements on the Mississippi River.
Ten homeowners have been pre-approved based on their incom . . .
