HARTFORD, Connecticut, Feb. 9 -- Gov. Ned Lamont, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release on Feb. 8, 2021:
Governor Ned Lamont today announced that the Connecticut Department of Correction plans to close Northern Correctional Institution by July 1, 2021.
