SANTA FE, New Mexico, Feb. 3 -- WildEarth Guardians issued the following news release on Feb. 2, 2021:

Senate Bill 32, the Wildlife Conservation and Public Safety Act, (also known as "Roxy's Law") passed the Senate Conservation Committee by a vote of 7 to 2.
