LINCOLN, Nebraska, Feb. 3 -- Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson issued the following news release on Feb. 2, 2021:
Attorney General Peterson today took action to ensure state attorneys general can continue to fight against robocalls by joining a bipartisan coalition of 35 state attorneys general in filing an amicus brief. In their brief, the states argue that the Telephone Consumer Protection Act's (TCPA) robocall ban was enforceable from 2015 to 2020.
